Job Description
JOB TITLE: President
DEPARTMENT: Administration JOB DESCRIPTION:
A: Purpose and Scope The President is responsible for all activities conducted by The Company.
B. Responsibilities The President is responsible for appointing a company quality/quality system management representative and ensuring the implementation and maintenance of a company quality system to ISO 9001 via the Management Review Committee per Document # XXAB - Management Review Procedure. The President is also responsible for reviewing the quality systems performance and ensuring the system if functioning as required to meet The Company's Board of Directors' and The Company's customers needs.
C. Organization Relationships The President reports to The Company's Board of Directors. All directors on the Presidents staff, key managers and the company quality representative report to the President as listed in the company's Quality Manual.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
A. Education and Training The President's education and training are determined by the Board of Directors. As this is an elected position by the controlling interests of the Corporation, therefore considered exempt for purposes of ISO quality systems audits.
B. Technical Requirements The President is required to read and understand technical information as it relates to the operation of the business. This includes quality system procedures and documents that relate directly to the President position. This includes the ability to interface with both technical and non-technical personnel.
C. Managerial Experience Prior experience can be waived by the Board of Directors.
