Who we are. We are Anders Water Conditioning.

What. We sell and rent water coolers and water conditioning equipment. We do not rent equipment over the Internet (Sorry). In addition, we sell bottled water and salt.

Where. We have a retail store at 323 South College in Rensselaer, Indiana. Our mailing address is 225 South Cullen Rensselaer, Indiana.

When. Since this is a Website our hours are 24 hours a day and you can usually expect a reply with 24 hours.

Why. We are selling high quality equipment at a lower margin to increase our sales.

GOODH2O's goal is to become the Amazon.com of the water treatment industry.They only sell one of the top selling brands, Autotrol products. There are 4 basic products for home and residential use.

GOODH2O offers you our hotline @ 219-866-0248 for any questions that may arise. Our phones are manned from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. C.S.T. Monday through Friday except for holidays. However, if you need a response after hours, early or late let us know and we will be there for you!

Please keep in mind, our products and others like our products are not designed and are not sold to make your water safe. We recommend testing your water for contaminants at least once a year.

We sell 5 basic products. A Daily timer water softener, an On-Demand water softener an Iron Filter, Iron Fighter Water Softener. Our products will handle 95 percent of all households.

We sell five basic units.

****All of our prices include Shipping and Handling.

1. Basic Daily Timer Water Softener. This unit only cycles on the days you tell it to.

2. On-Demand Water Softener. This unit only cycles when it needs to cycle. It can save you alot of money if you have iron free water.

3. Iron Fighter Water Softener. This unit will take out more iron than most iron filters.

4. Iron Filter. This unit is a flow through model. It can not be used on iron water that also has sulfur.
     **Spcial note the Media in this unit will only last 4 to 6 years.

5. Oxidizer. This unit will remove up to 4 ppm of iron or 8 ppm of sulfur. It does not use chemicals and never has to have the media changed. It uses compressed air to oxidize the iron and sulfur.

These units will remove calcium and iron. They can handle large households, however, every house will be different. Each of these units should have a life span of approximately 8-10 years.

WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY

Warranty. We offer a three year warranty on all parts to be free from defects.

Return Policy. If the unit is returned for any reason other then a product defect there will be a 15% restocking fee. The cost of shipping the product back is the cost of the customer. All products are to be returned to 323 South Cullen Rensselaer, Indiana 47978
